Refund Policy
We at Palestine47 understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to return an item. We are committed to providing our customers with a fair and hasslefree return experience.
Eligibility for Return:
- You may return unused and unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).
- Items used, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Any item purchased on sale or marked as "final sale" is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect in the product itself.
Return Process:
1. Contact us: Before returning an item, please get in touch with us through our website contact form or email us at wabuaglain@gmail.com within the 30-day window to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Ship the item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Proof of shipping: We recommend keeping a copy of your mailing receipt or tracking information for your records.
4. Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
